Then Satan said

A famous Israeli writer, Natan Alterman, penned what was perhaps his last poem before his death in 1970. This prophetic verse, originally written in Hebrew, symbolizes our Israeli nation as we press toward our divine calling, surrounded by enemies who would destroy us. Thanks, Missy.

Then Satan Said
by Natan Alterman

Then Satan said, "How will I overcome this one who is under siege?
He possesses bravery, ingenuity, weapons of war and resourcefulness."
And he said, "I'll not sap his strength, nor rein him in, nor put a bit in his mouth,
Nor fill his heart with cowardice, nor overwhelm him with discouragement
As in days gone by.
I will only do this:
I will cast a shadow of dullness over his mind until he forgets that his cause is just."

Forget what?? Palestinian oppression by Israel perhaps? Land grapping pack of LOSERS!! Poetry, even the bad poetry you've repeated, will not justify Israeli actions or terror. I grant the Palestinians every tool or device they can lay their hands on to earn their freedom. The Israeli's used these same tactics against the British during it's Palestine mandate for their freedom. Yet I never remember the Britsh Army bulldozing Jewish houses as punishment. You reap what you sow.

Then your memory is short, and your history is poor. The British HUNG Israelis and put them in front of firing squads.

The so-called "Palestinians" never were that; they are simply Arabs, who came to get the benefits of the economy created by Jews in the Land they BOUGHT, often more than once.

For decades, they have been used as cannon fodder and a political football by leaders even more corrupt than those of Israel, who care nothing for them.

Israel's present leadership is corrupt and horrible, and its system of government profoundly flawed. But its treatment of "Palestinians" in the face of their unrelenting hostility is a humaneness that is unprecedented in the history of the world - to the detriment of the Jews.

I strongly suggest you dig further into the history of the so-called "Palestinians" and into their so-called "oppression" by Israel. While your vituperative indicates it is unlikely you will do so, if you do, you will be amazed.
